The Daviess County Health Department inspected the following establishments in December:

Real Recovery Cafe, 10 W. Van Trees St.; one non-critical violation, no self-closing mechanism present on bathroom door.

The Legends’ Village, 1764 Troy Road; one critical violation, observed multiple live roaches in glue traps by dry goods storage; four non-critical violations, no temperature measuring devices present in various refrigeration units, multiple floor tiles in refrigerator storage room are loos and coming up, non-handled scoop observed in sugar container (corrected), no identification labels present on dry goods bulk storage containers (corrected).
